Moderating and coaching starting phases
In many communities an acute lack of money is often believed to be the single most important factor for the hindrance of development processes. However, stArt offers moderation and coaching processes to look for attractive alternatives to the often fruitless search for money.
stArt brings together all stakeholders – in order to make common needs and potentials visible, to formulate common goals and consequently to design meaningful pilot projects. Only then do projects stand the chance of getting funded by existing development organizations and to ignite a truly sustainable development.
stArt core processes: Conflict moderation, pilot projects
stArt moderates conflicts, promotes the discovery of common ground, helps to create moments of success and coaches projects until they are funded – or even beyond if necessary.
